Prototype Development

     Cutie Blanks is a Manufacturer and Distributor with our own complete line of Promotional Apparel Garments and we have the ability to define, service, and control product development, prototyping, and Manufacturing at our discretion. We also provide heat transfer, screen printing, sublimation, embroidery services to allow a completely customized finished package.

     Basically, if we don’t stock it, we can make it for you! We can custom make any garment out of any material in any color you request and we offer private label as well (there are minimums and time frames involved). Ideally, we would need a physical sample of the item or items you are interested in to duplicate or you can email or mail in your pictures, drawings, artwork and specs to us for approval, pricing and the development of a prototype.

     Estimates cost usually take 1 day or faster. Any custom’s embroidery, screen printing, sublimation, garment dyeing, packaging, etc will require artwork, color pan-tone numbers, and precise definition of raw materials necessary for hang tags, tear away, inks, etc. 

 
  • The minimum for a custom order is 1,000 items (existing style, fabrics and colors); we can mix the sizing for you.
  • Private label fee and MOQ is 1,000 units plus $60 setup fee (one-time charge only).
  • The minimum for custom’s embroidery, screen printing, sublimation is 500 items/ design.
  • The minimum for custom color is 3000 units/ color.
  • Pre-production samples can be produced in as little as 5 days to a week with exact pricing. If you approve pricing and samples, we would go into production with a delivery date no more than 10 days for MOQ of 3,000 to 10,000 units.
  • Pre-Production Sample $100.00 (includes air freight plus prototype development and is deductible off final invoice)
  • 50% Deposit required pending Pre-Production sample approval.

All Garments are fully compliant with the CPSIA.
